Return Policy

Now, more than ever, it is necessary to maintain the highest standards of hygiene. This, coupled with my business being too small to cope with people ordering items to look at them, means that I cannot accept returns or give refunds.

I source, make or assemble every item on this site so I am certain of the high quality of everything that I ship. I use packaging that is both padded and reinforced so I am confident that everything will reach my customers just as it should. If an item is returned as faulty, I will assess it and – where damage is not from normal wear or an accident after receipt – I will repair it and return it for free.
